Matt Cutts Keynote Speech Video at SES London 2007

This year’s Search Engine Strategies London event was a must attend. We have exclusively been given a video from our friends at kingish.com of the keynote speech featuring organiser Chris Sherman, and Google engineer Matt Cutts. The keynote is interesting as it describes how Matt joined Google, how Google’s update procedure has evolved, and how webmasters can protect their future search engine rankings. A transcript of the speech is available over at Search Engine Roundtable. Our video is split into five parts, with the first shown below.

Part 1

In our first clip of Matt Cutts’ speech, Chris introduces Matt, and asks how he joined Google. Matt then goes on to talk about spam, and how Google determines what is, and what isn’t, spam.
